Book review of Out of Sight Out of Time By Ally Carter

I recently started another book in the Gallagher Academy series called Out of Sight Out of Time by Ally Carter. I was excited to return to this series after a long time. I wanted to see how Cammie has changed if at all and to see if I still liked her character. I do. This is a really fun and creative book so far. This is definitely a mystery, which adds a nice twist to it. Cammie and her school go on a trip half way around the world. She gets dis-oriented and lost. While Cammie is trying to find her way back to the site she gets very hurt and unconscious. After 2 hours of her lying on the ground, a group of nuns find her. They bring her into their convent and take care of her until she gets better and is able to take care of herself.
Her character is different in this book in several ways. First, she used to have bleached blonde hair to her back. Now she has pure black hair up to her ears. Secondly, her personality is not the same. She is more scared and not as risky as she was before. I think it is interesting to compare the differences and similarities between the Cammie in this book and the Cammie in prior books. I really like this series and I am always drawn to Ally Carters book covers. The titles are always fun to say and catchy. I think the pictures on the cover are always fun as well and get your attention.
As you may have noticed I have not read this type of book in a while. I started to read non-fiction and get away from the girly books. I still really like the non-fiction but I must say it is great to read some fiction that I can relate to. This is a fast read that I know all of you will love. I will keep you posted about the ending and I hope you will all go out and get it. For now out of sight but not out of mind!
